Product Description

AgCuTi is a ternary active brazing alloy based on silver and containing copper and titanium. It features appropriate solidus and liquidus temperatures, excellent wettability and relatively high brazing joint strength. It is an ideal brazing filler metal for joining metals with a wide range of ceramics and carbon materials, solving many problems encountered in traditional brazing. 

Application: AgCuTi active solder is one of the commonly used AMB active solders, capable of wetting oxides, carbides, nitrides and carbon-based substrates, and is widely applied in IGBTs. The electrical and thermal conductivity of AgCuTi solder enables it to effectively withstand high currents and temperatures in electrical equipment, and it is widely used as a welding material in HVAC and refrigeration systems. Its high wear resistance and corrosion resistance make it suitable for brazing nozzles, engine sensor assemblies and new turbine blade systems in aerospace and industrial turbine engines.
